Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), in conjunction with TheoPRO Compliance & Consulting, Inc., will offer Low Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit) training, Thursday and Friday (1 1/2 days), October 7-8, 2010, at Republic Bank, 9600 Brownsboro Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
In addition to program fundamentals, the TheoPRO 2 “Tax Credit Comprehensives” training will provide a concise and practical overview of all aspects of Section 42. This course is a must for any tax credit professional seeking an industry certification. The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) Exam will be offered on the afternoon of Friday, October 8, 2010, to participants who elect to take the optional exam at their expense. The cost for the exam is $175.
